"We had a wonderful stay at Castel Pietraio. The apartment is a little dated but the antique furniture fits with the history of the castle. The rooms in the main building are more modern but keep the feel of the castle.
Breakfast was good and plentiful and we ate there 1 evening which was also good.
The location is great to explore Tuscany and only 10 minutes from Monteriggioni which has a number of good options for dinner.
The stay was made even better by our wonderful host, Caterina, who was so welcoming and informative."
