What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the unique experience of Italy's only car-free village and the stunning scenic cable car ride. However, some guests have reported negative interactions with staff at the ticket office, citing rudeness and communication issues, which detracts from an otherwise beautiful destination.
"The person in the ticket office was very rude, because when we arrived he said he was closed to have dinner and we had to wait until 19:00.
at first he was trying to speak English and he could understand us but as soon as we told him that we are resitents and should be charged accordingly he refused to speak to us and he said that he doesn't speak English.
It's a shame that a beautiful place like this that we heard about back home in London have staff that don't value the visitors.
I wish that the management and people who are in charge pay attention to this and employ the right people for this position and who can at least communicate with a smile on their face."
