Visitors consistently praise the Winged Victory for its timeless beauty and historical significance, calling it a must-see. The surrounding archaeological park, including the Capitolium and Roman Theatre, is also highly regarded for offering a comprehensive glimpse into ancient Roman life. Some note that the timed entry system, while necessary for preservation, requires advance booking and can feel rushed for some.

"Amazing."

Birgir Magnússon

"The extraordinary bronze statue from the 1st century AD is located inside the eastern cell of the Capitolium.
It is the only bronze statue from the Roman era found in northern Italy. Today, the finds found together with the statue are also visible in a large display case in the same cell, while others have been hung on the walls.
The museum layout was curated by the Spanish architect Juan Navarro Baldeweg who conceived it to enhance the material and formal characteristics highlighted by the complex restoration work. Inside the Winged Victory, a pin has been placed that descends into a block of Botticino marble and anchors it to a floor made up of four anti-seismic slabs. The eastern cell is entered in small, limited groups, with a guide, through a special antechamber"

Mari Ube

"The Winged Victory, symbol of the Capitolium and consequently of Brescia, is of timeless beauty. The visit is a must, kept in a room with a constant temperature, you never stop looking at it! Wonderful! Until October 29, 2023 it will also be possible to see `The Boxer', another bronze statue located in the same room. Absolutely better to take advantage!"
