What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Winter Park Andalo is a highly recommended spot for family fun, with thrilling snow tubing and sledding activities that delight visitors. While the park offers great entertainment, some reviews mention potential safety concerns regarding path separation and supervision, suggesting extra vigilance is needed. The cost and potential for long ticket lines are also noted drawbacks, though online booking is advised.
"It’s a fun park, but the chances of an accident are quite high.
There was only one person overseeing the entire place and there are not many safety measures. The path to go up with the sleds is not separated from the track to go down. Our son was hit in the nose by someone going out of control with a sled. This is also mentioned in another review. The only staff present took more than 5 minutes to arrive at the accident. This may seem like a very unfortunate event, but it was meant to happen to someone, as sleds out of control were crossing even to the gommoni track all morning.
I saw more than 10 people falling at the exact same place which was covered by ice. Just putting a warning sign would have been enough.
I also saw at least two kids flying of the gommoni in the track with curves and nothing was changed."

"Overall, the playground is very nice. The rafts are great fun, and the inflatables are also very nice. The only major drawback is the line to pay for the ticket. In high season, we waited 45 minutes for the 10 people in front of us. I recommend buying tickets online.
Your kids will love it."
