"Beautiful truffle, unfortunately tasteless and without smell."

"We booked a tour on the website, it included: a truffle hunt, a tour of the production, and a tasting. I'm disappointed, the cost of the tour is 90 euros per person, the only thing that was interesting was the hunting and our hunter Luka with his dog Poco. And then, we were not allowed to take the truffles that we found, there were only 3 pieces, very small. Next was an excursion to the production, but it can hardly be called an excursion, we were taken into the hall for 5 minutes, shown a fresh truffle, told a little about the production and we just stood at the entrance to the production, so-so, nothing interesting. But the tasting is just a shame! Plastic plates, wine glasses, all of different shapes, only 3 of them were needed, weathered sausages, three pieces of store-bought bread and not a single product with a pure piece of truffle, on these plates there were products not at all related to truffles, but worst of all - cat hair on the tablecloth and all our sleeves and things were covered in cat hair. We are shocked. We were very hungry and we ate this terrible food simply because we were so hungry. We visited many places in Italy, farm houses, where the level of service and cleanliness was much higher, and the price was much lower. Such a large company and such a low level of hospitality, this is my worst experience in Marche. I wanted to offer this excursion to my guests in October, I am an organizer of gastrotours to Italy, but of course this will not happen. Not very pleasant. I don't recommend it!"
