"Sensational! Not sure if we were there on a perfect day but my gosh it was perfect! We were on our way to Muckross house when we saw a sign for parking so we pulled in thinking this was it. We walked the grounds for quite some time just meandering. I’m so glad we did stop. If you have the time please spend it walking, just walking through the grounds and around a section of the lake before making your way up to the house. It’s well worth it."
