What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
FlyeFit is praised for its affordable pricing and convenient city-center locations, making it accessible for many. However, frequent overcrowding, issues with equipment maintenance, and occasional cleanliness concerns are recurring complaints. Some users also report dissatisfaction with staff responsiveness to issues, leading to a less than ideal gym experience for some members.
"It really feels like none of the reviews for FlyeFit Jervis are actually being addressed. Every time someone raises an issue, the response is always the same: a quick apology and “we’ll pass it on,” but clearly nothing ever gets passed on.
The lockers are broken in the changing room, and there aren’t enough functioning ones for everyone. At the same time, there are signs saying you can’t leave your backpack on the gym floor, but people are forced to carry them around because there’s simply nowhere to store them. It makes no sense and creates unnecessary stress.
There are too few machines for the number of members, and the gym is constantly overcrowded. You always have to wait and rotate for a long time. People also leave weights all over the floor with zero enforcement from staff, even though this should be something that results in consequences for the users who keep doing it.
The whole space needs better planning. There is room to add more machines, but it’s not being used properly. The gym clearly needs investment. And honestly, if FlyeFit can’t handle the demand at the current price point, then maybe prices should be higher to reduce overcrowding and improve the quality of the service.
Overall, nothing gets fixed, nothing changes, and the experience keeps getting worse. This needs real action, not just automated apologies. Gym should be a place to be great and not to be stressful.
Bye flyefit, going find a better competitor."

"Price and location are the only good things, if you could train somewhere else do it! There is always crowded, no matter what time you go, broken machines, smelly and dirty toilets…"

"This morning, November 19th, at around 8 AM while I was working out, the electricity suddenly went out. No one informed us in advance that there would be a power cut. What made the situation worse was the way the staff at reception handled it—he spoke to me very rudely and simply said, “You need to leave the gym, there’s no electricity,” with no respect or courtesy whatsoever.
The least I would expect is a polite explanation or an apology, not this kind of attitude. Because of experiences like this, I’ve decided that this will be my last month with your gym. I will not be renewing my membership."
