Reviews Summary

"One of my favourite- and maybe best- city based distilleries I’ve been to. I work in the industry, so I’ve been a a few. How good this was, is likely down to my guide (Noah? Sorry I’m awful with names! - very fuzzy photo has been supplied!). Imma guide at The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh, but I’ll admit to knowing little on-hand information about the Irish industry. Noah was funny, informative about both Irish whiskey and the history of the distillery and the Liberties area.
I rocked up early for my tour and asked to join the one before, but as I was in my own Noah took me on my own private solo tour - VERY appreciative! As I work in the industry, we did skip over some of the more production part and he just let me ask questions and delved more into the history aspect. Really really enjoyed myself - I’ve recommended Liberties to my colleagues should they be in Dublin (so much so I’ll charge commission for each one I send over! Haha!!). I will also be back as I need a bottle of the Rascals Stout Cask!!
Also took Noah’s suggestion for local pub for food - Copper Alley Bistro was a fantastic suggestion!"
