"Paid 10 euro for my 3 year old to go into the soft play area which is unsuitable for a little person. No obvious way around and had to get help to get her out. She waited patiently for her older brother to come out to bring her around only to be told their time was up. Very hard for parents of little ones to even figure out where they are.
