Some pieces were technically very strong, whereas others had a really strong message. I especially appreciated the emphasis on Indonesian artists, such a nice way to learn a little bit about what moves people in Indonesia (but igs especially in Java).
Even saw lots of people taking pictures in the museum. I would say there are definitely some “instagramable” spots here so still worth it even if you’re not very much into art."

"The best exhibition museum in Solo. The artworks on display are very good and interesting, the arrangement of the artworks is also neatly organized. When I came to this exhibition I was very impressed with the variety of artworks, this can increase knowledge about a work of art. The place is clean and comfortable. It is not hot and has a large space, so that when many tourists visit it is not crowded and still has space for empty places. I highly recommend this place to visit."
