Guests praise Hotel Tjampuhan & Spa for its tranquil atmosphere, attentive staff, and unique historical charm, particularly highlighting the revitalizing spa facilities. "A very nice resort to stay and relax in the comfort of peace and tranquillity.
Very attentive staff and great service.
Complimentary breakfast buffet consisting of everything from coffee and teas, fresh fruit juices, fresh tropical fruits, cooked breakfasts, cereals, catering for gluten-free also.
The best head chef and all staff, such wonderful people.
I absolutely loved my stay here, and I give my best regards to you all.
I would definitely urge you to stay here."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. One suggestion would be to provide slippers in the room — they would be useful for stepping out onto the balcony, especially since we occasionally noticed bat droppings and didn’t want to walk barefoot or track anything back into the room with our shoes.
We also tried the Hot and Cold Spa as well as the massage service, which were both relaxing. However, there was a man seated right outside the massage room, and since the door was just a curtain, I felt quite exposed as the masseuse walked out while I wasn’t clothed. For better privacy, it would be great if the spa area had a proper door or better shielding from view."

"Had a recent stay here and enjoyed the experience. We took our 5 year old and grateful he no longer uses a pram because Ubud does not have the pathways for younger children. Also on arrival note that the hotel is on the side of a valley so there will be carrying luggage down and up steps. It is a lovely walk into the main town and very good food options for dinner close by."
