I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which allowed me to ease into the experience with a refreshing warm towel and a calming cup of hibiscus tea. This thoughtful gesture set a peaceful tone right away. During this time, the attentive staff invited me to select from a variety of aromatic oils and scrubs—each with its own unique scent—which would be used during my service. They also checked in to understand any specific needs or areas that required extra attention, making sure the entire treatment was tailored just for me.

I received a 90-minute full-body massage followed by a 30-minute organic body scrub, and I can confidently say it was one of the best wellness experiences I’ve ever had. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, and the professionalism of the staff was top-tier. Every detail—from the lighting to the linens—was designed to make me feel completely relaxed.

The massage left me feeling weightless, and the body scrub left my skin soft, glowing, and deeply nourished. Having a private shower in the room to rinse off afterward was the perfect finishing touch.

"Had a great time immense ourselves at Sundari Day Spa for 4 hours before our flight back home. The whole place smells calming and serene. Staff are attentive, and the therapist (Ms. Putu) was nice and gentle, always caring for my needs.

Hubby and i did a 90-minute signature massage, which was both scretching and long strokes. The massage oil (green tea) we selected was good for detox. The massage ended with a quick sound bath, which was really relaxing. Then we had a full body scrub and mask, followed by a nice shower. We ended the session with a pedicure and manicure, and we felt so refreshed after the 4 hour session. We are now ready to go back home and restart our usual work life.

Nevertheless, we will be back again to Sundari spa next time we are in Bali. Highly recommend! And a big shout out to Ms. Putu. Great job! Keep up the good work. Appreciate her time and effort!"
