"Hello, I would like to speak with a manager regarding my spa services yesterday.
It made me feel very awkward and hard to fully relax at a premium 5-star resort, I could have gotten a much cheaper treatment for half price at a cheaper place for better service.
I arrived 15mins before 16:00 and waited until 16:02 to be greeted to begin the treatment. It was evident things were running behind schedule however my treatment ended early before the 60 mins allotted time. During the treatment the masseuse left to inform the staff about something else.
To add to the confusion, the day of and day prior, I was asked to confirm the private meditation or yoga as it was clearly not planned in advance.
The spa manager mentioned a technical issue and needing to push back my start time 30mins to 18:00 but I let them know I had dinner plans at Koral that evening.
After scrambling to find someone to teach the private session, and having to default to just meditation (and not yoga my initial request) we finally found a person available.
The session felt rushed, someone knocked on the door during the treatment and I just felt so uncomfortable the entire time.
This does not represent the purpose of a relaxing spa day at a 5-star resort at all.
To make matters worse, at check out, I paid once and the host insisted for me to pay again. I told her it already charged me twice and had to show her my bank statement for her to reverse it. After she followed me in the resort lobby 10 minutes later to ask for a signature after double checking with her before I left."
