"We went to the souvenir shop, but not the restaurant - so this feedback is only for the shop. We visited yesterday, but oh boy, there were 5+ staffs but mostly doing nothing.
They indeed opened the door for us, but the rest .... they only cared for themselves, happily chit-chatted with each others, and ignored us. Lacking motivation to help costumers who are clueless finding some shirts with big sizes. I almost regret asking the question because the person we asked about T-shirt sighed, not willing to help at all. Perhaps you need to work with incentives to make them more motivated? Such a shame because you have great products."

"A well-designed souvenirs store in Banyuwangi. I really like the inside and outside look of the store. The place is quite wide, and it sells signature foods, snacks, fabrics, and handcrafts of Banyuwangi. The price, I guess, is slightly more expensive than similar stores, but the ambiance and the shopping experience make it worth the money. I haven't tried their restaurant yet, but it is located on the upper floor. I quite recommend it if y'all don't have much time exploring the city."
