"Nothing much really to see but a waterfall which one can only take from afar. The water enclosure is extremely dirty. Not recommended for a visit. Saw some bikers ride from the carpark all the way into the waterfall entrance. The entry is free. The way in to see paddy field is much nicer. The water force is used to generate hydroe electric power for the nearby villagers."

"Ogi Waterfall, an unique tall waterfall in the middle of a still natural rainforests, composing such a zen atmosphere which make it best place for anyone who is yearning for meditation and contemplation.
We can reach there around 45 minutes consist of:

The Ogi Waterfall Experience: Reality vs. Expectation

Ogi Waterfall is often described as a tall, unique cascade situated within a natural rainforest, aiming to provide a zen atmosphere conducive to meditation and contemplation. The journey itself is part of the experience, involving a 30-minute drive from Bajawa to Faobata Village, followed by a 15-minute trek. This trek is generally manageable, though appropriate footwear is recommended. Reddit

However, visitor feedback reveals a mixed reality. While the natural setting is appreciated, several reviews mention the waterfall area being run-down, with noticeable trash and broken amenities. The pool is typically fenced off and not suitable for swimming, often described as dirty or muddy. This discrepancy between the potential for a serene natural escape and the actual condition of the site is a recurring theme in reviews. Reddit

Despite these drawbacks, some visitors still find the waterfall pleasant, especially if they haven't seen many before, and appreciate the scenic drive. The free entry also makes it an accessible stop. Ultimately, managing expectations is key; Ogi Waterfall is best viewed as a scenic natural stop rather than a pristine, fully-equipped tourist attraction. Reddit
