What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Divers consistently praise Manta Alley for its incredible manta ray encounters and vibrant marine life. Operators are frequently lauded for their professionalism, excellent crew, well-maintained boats, and personalized service, making for unforgettable diving experiences. Some divers wished for longer trips to fully explore the area.
"We had an absolutely fantastic experience diving with Manta Rhei Dive Center in Labuan Bajo. From start to finish, everything was organized in a highly professional way.
The boat is large, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect day out at sea. What really stood out was the attention to detail—the crew sets up your gear for every dive, so all you have to do is slip into it, with their friendly assistance.
The instructors are top-notch professionals, delivering thorough and detailed dive briefings. Diving in Komodo can be challenging at times, but our instructor adapted the dives perfectly to ensure we felt safe and at ease at all times.
Beyond professionalism, the atmosphere on board was warm and family-like. The captain and crew, especially Boy, made every moment enjoyable with their friendliness and humor. Even though I don’t remember the captain’s name, he and the rest of the team were simply wonderful.
We did two days of three dives each, and honestly, we wished we had booked the whole week. It was simply that good.
Overall, Manta Rhei deserves a 10 out of 10—we cannot recommend them enough!"

"I just spent four awesome days diving with these guys, and I have to say, the dive masters were amazing! The crew was incredibly kind and helpful, which made everything even better.
We saw a lot of manta rays and sea turtles during our dives, other spectacular marine lives too-such a cool experience!
They really put a lot of effort into their boats and gear, too. I forgot my dive computer at home and had to rent one, but the Share Water dive computer they provided worked great. Overall, I had a blast!
Definitely would recommend this place to every diver!"

"100/10 🙌 the whole experience! The boat is great, the crew even better! The instructors are patient, easy going and fun. I did a DSD and our instructors never let us alone, they took care of everything, they looked for things to show us even when we weren't experts: we saw sharks and even a manta! I 100% recommend them! They even made special lunch for vegetarians and they're also careful with any kind of food allergies. Thank you guys for everything 🙌"
