What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Lumbini Natural Park Pagoda for its stunning golden replica pagoda and peaceful, well-kept gardens, offering a serene escape and great photo opportunities. Some note minor upkeep issues in certain areas and a slight inconvenience regarding bottled water policy, but overall, it's considered a must-visit for its beauty and spiritual ambiance.
"Very lovely and well-kept Buddhist Temple. The surrounding gardens are nice to wander around and it's very peaceful, although parts of it look a bit shabby and disused. It's free entry but a donation is requested (I popped 50k in). I thought it was a little bit cheeky that they made us leave our bottled water outside and then sold drinks within the grounds!"

"Big and beautiful monastery arhictecture. Buddhists can pray inside the monastery. The place was big, clean, and comfortable. You can rent a chinese costume and a photographer to take a picture. Good place for tourist to visit and for photo view.
Last visit on: 4 September 2025, 16:50 WIB."

"One of tourist must visit when in Brastagi. It’s an active prayer’s site (similar to Candi Borobudur), so we need to respect their rules (no cap, no sandals, etc). It’s look like small, but actually you can walk to their backyard, it’s pretty huge & beautiful to take picture there. The views makes us forgot that we’re still in Indonesia 😆"
