"Went there in the early afternoon, waited 30min for their staff to open side gate for viewing. No entrance free, main gate is unlocked so any tourists can enter and self roam until viewing time. No one is there when we visited, except the grass cutter man. Had to ask them confirmation that someone will open the viewing gates. Expected to see hundred of bears, but was told there’s only 6 bears - 4 male and 2 females. The one that’s near the wood is a male, and one that’s eating leisurely in the middle of the tree is also a male. Just took 15min to look at the plants around the area, another 15min to view the animals, and then we left. There’s a donation box outside the viewing gate."

"Really good place to chill out from the city, loved the green and pendopo house. Really pretty and calming. But this is purely for preservation of sun bear, so this is not a zoo or a mini zoo either, for now there's 6 of the sun bears left to watch here. And there's no entrance fee unless parking fee for the local so it's fine. Inside the park there's sun bear enclosure, pendopo house, informational and user friendly board, merchandise shop, normal shop that sells snack and drinks, playground for the little one."
