"HEHA Ocean View is an overhyped spot. You can already tell from how aggressively it’s advertised from kilometers away. I liked HEHA Sky View, so I expected something similar — but absolutely not. Even after paying the entrance fee, almost every photo spot inside requires another separate (and expensive) payment.
If you’re not there for staged, fancy pictures, there’s basically nothing to do. It’s not a place to relax, not a place to sit, and not a place to enjoy the ocean naturally.
Strongly recommend skipping it to avoid ruining your day. Go to Puncak Segoro or Gesing Beach instead — much better views, better atmosphere, and more worth your time."
