"Gunung Munara is a very nice place.
1 hour away from BSD area.
The mountain itself is very easy to walk, it took us 40 minutes to reach the top. One can do it in sandals, though to reach the real summit one must scale a rock wall- locals have kindly provided a climbing rope for this stretch.
The villagers were very friendly and helpful, the trail was also quite free of litter.
I’d definitely return here."

"Perfect destination for beginner trekker. Nice 360° view in the top. There are 2 rock top, one provide with webbing rope, another one no need. Don't worry for exhausting, there are few stall (warung) below provide mineral water, tea, coffee and light snack. And if lucky, we can buy delicious durians, the fresh one."
