What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find Goa Belanda to be a unique historical site with an atmospheric, albeit dark, cave experience. While the cave itself is simple, the surrounding nature and colonial heritage make it a worthwhile visit. Some wish for more historical information and better-provided lighting services.
"It's not that scary as I imagined at first, hahaha (yeah, because I visit it on the daylight). I recommend you to bring some real flashlight, because your phone not helping."

"The building is amazing. dark tunnels and a bit spooky. Some more historical information would be great! The maintenance guy did a great job on cleaning the site. The front area is also wide, which means, a group of visitor can have a debrief at the front area before taking turns to get in. The maintenance guy also provide torches to be rented. It would be great if it is provided as part of the services. And it would be also great if there is some guide, as part of the services, that will explain the detail information of the site."

"A very good place for those who wants an excellent jogging / walking track, easy access to other site, and the beauty the place offered.
The cave itself was mediocre, only a dark interlinking cold cave that has nothing in it, but there is many things that make this place worth visiting for, many people will try to sell you flashlight, that person will make your visit less great so make an excuse to avoid them.
For those who seeks a good afternoon walk this is the place to go."
