"Water Fall is always beautiful. Due to long weekend there was huge footfall. Good parking management. Water fall is live and flowing at its best. Due to huge crowd it was difficult to reach at the bottom of the fall."

"Best Place To Visit In Monsoon, Just Amazing Place With Shivling Inside The Waterfall, You Can Enjoy a Strong Waterfall and Spend Hours Without Getting Bored, but just be careful Little Crabs & Fishes Are there in water & if you stand in pne position for long time Crabs might Bite you, It has had happened with me so, otherwise location is great and be careful for children."

"It is very nice waterfall, there is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the parking lot, of this last 5 - 7 minutes walk is little rocky path and one needs to cross the river stream so suggesting to wear footwear accordingly. We visited on 2nd August, 2025. There is Shivling in the cave below the waterfall.
There are two water falls one plung from high in this one can not bath, I have shared all movies of this water fall only.
Two very important tips, first visit Hathni mata waterfalls during monsoon only and second there will not be network connection so while return you may not be able to locate direction on Google map so keep note of all Village that are coming on the way to Hathni mata waterfalls.
There is one Hanuman temple also on the top of the hill though I had not visited it due to paucity of time but it requires additional 15 - 20 minutes walk each Way.
Two suggestions and request support local economy by buying goods from stalls from parking lot till the fall, you can buy Corn, Chana chor garam, Papdi / khichu, bhajiya etc. thereby supporting them and don't be burden on them by polluting the place with garbage, second request we don't litter the place but contribute in cleaning it by collecting garbage lying on the way. I have attended one trekking camp from India Hikes and they have adopted this policy that all trekkers will collect whatever garbage they found on the way, I am impressed with that idea and following it, requesting whoever is reading this to follow and spread this idea, if you believe in keeping such place neat and clean so that next time when you visit the same place you get better experience. For this don't forget to Carry garbage bag and if you wish then disposable hand gloves and give one pair of it to everyone whoever is visiting along with you. Thanks."

The Monsoon Spectacle
While the monsoon offers the most impressive views, it also means increased water flow and potentially slippery conditions. Visitors are advised to exercise caution and wear appropriate footwear. While not always visited due to time constraints, it offers another layer of exploration for those interested in the area's spiritual offerings. The combination of natural wonders and religious sites makes Hathni Mata Waterfall a destination with diverse appeal.
Visitors are encouraged to respect the sanctity of these sites and the natural environment. Supporting local vendors near the parking lot by purchasing snacks is a way to contribute to the local economy, and a strong emphasis is placed on not littering and helping to keep the area clean.

It's important to note that mobile network connectivity can be unreliable in the area. Therefore, downloading offline maps or noting down directions before you leave is a practical tip to avoid getting lost, especially on your return journey. While there are local stalls selling snacks and refreshments near the parking lot, carrying your own water is advisable.
For those looking for a more comprehensive experience, some local homestays offer full-day packages that include meals and activities like horse riding. This can be a good option for families or groups wanting to make a full day of their visit.
