"A very beautiful and leisurely park themed with a war memorial. A Saraighat memorial showing the courage and bravery of Veer Lachit Barphukan leading his Ahom Sena in the Saraighator Ran.
There are other places to sit and sneak around. This place is pretty much beautiful 😻 and leisurely. Various pretty flowers and trees have increased the beauty 😍 of this riverside park.
Especially you'll enjoy the sunset here.
Kids 🚸 can play with the trails and seesaw and there are many more things to play with. Your kids will be very happy to play here with his friends 😀
Not sure whether you can bring your doggo 🐕🐶 here.
There are toilets, separate for men and women. Those are in good condition and clean."

"The war memorial built in the memory of great Akhom warriors who defended their kingdom against the Mughals, under the able leadership of their commander the great Lachit Burphukan. The place is maintained but lacked lustre, just located off the Amingaon Hajo Road. The memorial needs to be popularized and has to be brought on tourism map...A river front at this location could attract the public and give them an insight of this historical place which witnessed the Great Battle of Saraighat...Moreover there is a children park with working equipments for the Children..."

"The park is located on the bank of the river Brahmaputra. It is small in size but gives you a natural Vibe. It is good for kids who live nearby.
Note: Please don't keep your leftovers there especially non biodegradable things."
