What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Rudrasagar Lake is praised for its scenic beauty, particularly the breathtaking sunsets and the iconic Neermahal Palace. Visitors enjoy the boat rides across the lake, offering a unique perspective of the palace. However, a significant drawback is the litter and pollution, detracting from the natural charm. The lack of food facilities is also a common point of mention.
"This is a very scenic lake in Agartala. Neermahal is situated at a corner of the lake. The lake is used for fishing and boat rides to Neermahal. The lake, though very beautiful, was very dirty because people trashed it so much. They keep throwing plastic bottles, plastic bags and other garbage into the lake. However, the sunset is very soothing."

"This place has superb view, especially at sunset time. This place closes at 5PM, if you want to visit the place i.e. at the middle of the Rudra Sagar, you will have to reach before 4PM. Along side you can also visit Pagli Masi Temple.
If you want to reserve a small boat of max seven people cost you Rs. 350.
Otherwise they also have the service for per person, which will cost you only Rs.50. and for entering into the palace Rs. 30 more you will have to pay."
