"The Museum of Christian Art in Goa was established in 1994. It was originally set up at the Rachol Seminary before being relocated to the Convent of Santa Monica in Velha Goa in 2002. The museum is the first of its kind in Asia and was founded by INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage) with assistance from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation of Portugal, under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Goa.
Photography is not allowed and there is little worth seeing here. Best skipped"

"Such a gem of a place! Strolling through this beautiful museum is like travelling through time in Goa. Wonderfully presented and housing so many gems, it’s a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Goa. So heartening to see that so many pieces here were gifted so others can also enjoy them. The Museum also holds many interesting talks, presentations, music performances, quizzes, workshops for all age groups, etc., making it a great spot for locals to also keep coming back to. (Didn’t want to add more pictures here, since you should experience it yourself!)"

"We were visiting St. Augustine's tower when we chanced upon MoCA. Being a total nerd, we went it and I'm glad we did. It's well maintained, has clean restrooms and a little cafe. The best attraction was the main altar and the viewing gallery. It was quite unique to see the mix of culture and art of different worlds. 10/10 would recommend."
