The sun during Summer sets exactly next to the Rashtrapati bhawan or President's house. During winters it shifts more towards left which is west. So pictures are not that good. I have uploaded a zoom video of sunset during summer time. Its not edited just used color and aperture setting and natural existing color to generate Reddish , organish look."

"Long road connecting government buildings around the Secretariat area to the India Gate. Flanked by grass areas on either side (that are mostly off limits unless you are a monkey) it is possibly the quietest place near the heart of Delhi. Plenty of spots for photos, or just take your time enjoying the views. You might want to bring an umbrella to save you a little from the sun. There are vendors the closer you get to the India Gate."
