What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pathiramanal Island offers a tranquil natural escape with opportunities for birdwatching and enjoying the backwaters. While some visitors appreciate its serene beauty and greenery, others find the high boat fares and limited attractions disappointing. It's best enjoyed as a group to manage costs and for those seeking a simple, nature-focused experience.
"Beautiful looking island from the outside
The private boat fare is too much - 600 and all for both sides per boat...if only 1 person is there, that person have to pay the full amount - so always better to go as group."
SAURAV B
"Its a beautiful island in Alappuzha. U have to take private boats to reach the island, they charge 600 per boats. After reaching there u have to take the entry pass, it costs 50 per head. Actually there is nothing to see, only there is a children park and u can walk to the end of the island... There is a tree house and some tea shops also for spending some time."
Liyo Nice
"Total waste of time and money. They charge ₹1500 just for the boat ride to and from the island, and honestly, there's nothing worth seeing once you get there. On top of that, they even charge an entry fee. Wouldn’t recommend visiting definitely not worth it."
