"FRAUD!!! Pls don't go to this place. There are only ruins. The owner has sold this property. I booked this place online, made my payment in advance. But when I reached here, there were only ruins. I asked some person from the neighborhood, he told me that the place is closed from many months. I am shocked that how can the owner take non-refundable bookings online. This is complete fraud."

"10/10. Nowhere else in Goa could match Ammu and Chino's beautiful resort. They are genuine people who are kind, generous and hospitable. The accommodation is spacious, clean, beautifully maintained. The yoga shala and teachers are superb. The food is highly memorable - delicious, colourful, plentiful. If visiting North Goa in the future I won't stay anywhere else. My daughter and I considered our stay at Banyan Tree Yoga to be the most memorable of our 18 day trip to Goa."
