"The Dharmanath Jain Temple is located the hearts of Fort Kochi in Mattanchery, Kerala India, built in 1960. It's dedicated to the 15 th Trithankara of the Jainism. The main deity of the temple is Lord Dharmanath Chandraprabha. The temple is very beautiful built in the tradition of Jain style, with idols sculptured pillars, artwork and tiled with white marbles. A well written instruction board was showcased in the front of the temple.
A very calm and peaceful atmosphere...... public can enter the temple on 11 am to 12.30 pm only. The best time to visit the temple is on noon, when the priest feed the pigeons. It is worth to seeing and you can also make donations to the feedings and feed them in your own hands. One of the most festival is Paryushan Parava which means festival of forgiveness."
