"I had a very disappointing experience at the Lifestyle store (UCB footwear section).
There was a 50% discount tag placed on a pair of shoes, and even the staff initially confirmed it. Based on that, I selected the shoes. But when I went for billing, after making me wait for more than 30 minutes in a crowded section, the staff finally said that there was actually no discount.
Even the manager confirmed that the discount was not applicable. If that’s the case, why was the 50% label put on the product in the first place? This is highly misleading, amounts to false advertising, and wastes customers’ valuable time.
Such practices are unacceptable from a brand like Lifestyle. I have photo proof of the label and I am considering taking legal action under consumer protection laws. Customers deserve honesty and clarity, not misrepresentation.
I strongly advise others to be very careful when shopping here. Always double-check before billing!"
