What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors highly recommend the Mizoram State Museum for its affordable entry and insightful displays on Mizo culture and history. While some note dim lighting, the helpful staff and rich collection of traditional artifacts, especially bamboo crafts, make it a worthwhile and educational stop for all.
"I strongly recommend all locals and tourists to pay a visit to this historic 'Mizoram State Museum. You'll definitely get to know the roots, history afterall. Even myself I'm amazed with the display and improves knowledge about my roots. It was all dark as there was no electricity at the time of our visit. Yet the receptionist was kind enough to take only Rs 10/- per head and free of charge for the camera. Despite all this, we went through each display one by one and I'm extremely grateful for this amazing opportunity. I would like to come back here in the future with proper lightings🙏💚🎀
It's truly a must visit place for everyone!"
