One major change I noticed is that they have now introduced their own in-house catering service instead of outsourcing to TGB, which I think has made a positive difference in the overall food quality and service.
Another pleasant surprise was the exhibition hall inside the hotel, where they have beautifully curated and displayed the history of Ahmedabad. It’s a thoughtful addition that gives guests an opportunity to connect with the city’s rich heritage while enjoying their visit.
In terms of food, they now offer both à la carte and unlimited dining options. We chose the unlimited option, which is priced at ₹2000 + taxes per person. The most amazing part is that, unlike typical buffets where you have to walk around and serve yourself, here all the dishes are freshly prepared and served directly to your table, course by course, just like à la carte dining. This not only ensures that the food is fresh and hot but also allows you to enjoy each dish at a relaxed pace without feeling rushed.
The service was polite, attentive, and well-timed. Every item we tried was brought to us one by one, giving us enough time to appreciate the flavors before moving to the next dish. The variety was impressive, and the overall dining experience felt special and well worth the price.
