"This, into the glacier tour , was truly unique.... a once in a lifetime experience. 👍😍👍

A group of us joined the tour in Húsafell and að soon as we arrived by bus at the base camp we were outfitted with protective boot covers and clothes before being ushered into special "monster vehicles" with high tech equipment and specially adapted tires for driving on the glacier.

Upon arrival at the tunnel and before entering, the ice cave we all received special spike chains for the boots that were essential and helped us walk through some slippery and at times wet spots, in the tunnel.

The tunnel cave tour was truly spectacular and all the glacier tour team, including our guide, were very professional, friendly and informative. 😊👍😍👍😊👍"

"This was an awesome tour. Ryan was an excellent guide who provided history of Iceland and the glacier"
