1) The 1st time I ordered a body scrub and it came in a broken package. I waited for a money return (20k huf) for 3 month because of some kind of error.
2) Later I paid my online order, and came to Arena to pick up. I came 1 day later than date mentioned in the email since I got sick.

But the shop sent my order back, I was told I need to reorder (with higher prices since the promo code was not valid anymore)

There is no such option in the app to notify the shop I am late for pick up/change for a delivery, 3 days are not enough when you got sick.
