I used to have sunglasses for 3-5 years and this never happened to me! I came back to get my money back to the store but the manager refused. She said I cannot prove it wasn’t destroyed by me. But it’s clearly visible that it’s material fault. Don’t ever buy sunglasses here, worst quality ever and very bad customer service!"

"Really bad expirience happend today to my sister :
She went to a store and asked the cashier if she could take the items out of the box because the box was too big to fit in her bag.
He accepted but he forgot to take a pin out of one of the scarfs and to pass another product by the system. Going out my sister got aware the third product was not paid and wanted to pay for it but found herself being accused of theft, asked to take off coat to check for other products and they even tried accuse her of stealing products that she bought from the other store saying they were half price products. Thankfully she had her receipts.
She was shocked and upset by how unfair and disrespectful they were. Only when the cashier who served her came they finally believed her that the scarf was part of a whole set.
The set is just in front of the guard. How is it he doesn't know the product sitting just in front of him at the entrance!!
They kept however all together accusing her of stealing. Very bad experience. We will never set foot again in this store. If you are not Hungarian, avoid this store. The guard was even yelling " Out" Like if my sister was a thief and not the mistake of his colleague who forgot the pin and didn't pass the third product 😠"
