"We had visited Ryze recently and the bathroom near the birthday party zone had a literal hole the ground without any grate. The toilet had no seat and a note on the door that advised users to keep it open as it locks automatically. It was gross!
The following week we went back to play and when we tried to check in we were informed that our membership had expired. We left the line and checked with my husband and we did indeed have an active membership. We lined up again and we were turned away with the same response.
We had travelled all the way from Ma Wan to play on the trampolines. We eventually left after trying to convince staff we did indeed have a membership. I called afterwards to address the issue and I was told the staff may have entered the wrong phone number-TWICE! No one apologised for the error! What is the point of offering customer loyalty/membership programs if we can’t use it? Disappointing service!"
