We were early around 10am and the queue was building up thereafter. There is a little space for waiting customers outside that could easily house 30 people waiting.
Good food is served hot since they come from the push carts. Chinese and English words are printed at the front of the cart so be ready to make your choice quickly as the carts come around. We were lucky to be seated near the aisle so the carts come frequently, otherwise u have to "hijack" the carts and queue for your desired food item.
The soybean pudding is one of the best I've enjoyed. Soft and fresh, goes well with the rock sugar."

Too bad our table was located near the edge of the room (near the window) which the Ladies who has the cart don’t often go to our location. The best place would be in the middle table of the room.
