"We recently stayed at Nina Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Although there were some issues with our booking at first, the staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful in sorting everything out.
The room we received was beautiful, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade in celebration of a birthday. It truly made our stay special. The hotel also prepared a simple fruit platter and cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
Housekeeping was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, and if we missed the morning service, they would call to check if we needed cleaning or fresh towels, which was very considerate.
The location was also convenient, as the hotel is connected to both a bus station and a shopping mall, making travel and dining super easy. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay. Highly recommended!"

"I have security concerns regarding this hotel. I booked a room for my parents as they were visiting HK. Early in the morning while they were still asleep in bed, a male stranger (not hotel staff) entered my parents hotel room unauthorized without a key! The male intruder walked into their room, and only left upon hearing my mother scream. We made a written and verbal complaint to the hotel. I could not believe that in a 5 star hotel, a stranger could enter another person's room without permission. My parents hotel room was directly opposite the fire exit which allows unrestricted access to the floor. My initial thought was this was a hotel room thief. The hotel management checked the CCTV and said it was another guest on the same floor who entered my parents room in error. I was a little shocked because this person could enter my parents room with no key! The hotel management said the lock was broken and were very apologetic, but I was not happy at all as this was a dangerous security breach. I never encountered this before in any other hotel. Apart from this potentially dangerous incident as things could have turned out badly, the hotel room is very big. They have 24 hour gym. Good views. Large swimming pool. However, they have no bar in the hotel. It's a teetotal hotel. They have a coffee bar in the lobby. Location is good. Walking distance to Tsuen Wan West MTR and connects to shopping mall"

"Stay there recently for 11 nights, the rooms are a little dated but still maintain a high standard. Housekeeping is very proficient n friendly. All the staffs were well mannered n efficient.
My room safe failed to open n a manager came right away to help as I was in a hurry. I was on the 71st floor so the view is fantastic, I highly recommend as shopping n restaurants are plenty abound."
