"You need to book online. You can arrive anytime during your time slot. You can get there by bus, green minibus 116 or taxi. The short taxi ride from Tseung Kwan O station costs about HK$38. There is no car park.
There are 3 floors. There is no guided tour or floor map but this is not necessary. I read the descriptions, took photos, watched the videos - 1.5 hours went by surprisingly quickly. Museums are normally quite crowded on weekends but this place was not crowded at all and was quite pleasant.
