"Bags damaged coming off Sark, someone else's was thrown in the water! The staff need to be aware of unseen disabilities (i.e anxiety/autism), my friend was spoken to VERY rudely and then even when she had her lanyard on & I I asked them not to touch her they rudely told me to move out of the way & went to grab her to help her onto the boat."
