"Beautiful location inside an amazing fir forest allegedly the largest in Greece. As a ski center there is not a lot to write about. As there is not a lot of snow due to its low altitude of 1000 m it probably operates depending on the year no more than a month. The place is great for other outdoor activities such as hiking,horseriding, mountain biking and all sorts. I really appreciate this place as it is a perfect example that Greece has a lot to offer as a destination other than sun and beaches."

"Ski centre with 2 lifts (plus 1 for kids) having very nice views to the surrounding mountains. 5 euro per person the cost for the main lift. It has 3 ski courses (Red, blue and green). There chalets, 2 at entrance and 1 at top. Very good access just 40 km away from Trikala city. Road is always open and there is no need for snow chains. Big parking space. Next to the ski centre there are opportunities for horse riding and other sport activities. Most of them take place during summer season."
