Reviews Summary

Vouliagmeni is celebrated for its unique thermal lake and beautiful organized beaches, offering a refreshing escape with mineral-rich waters and convenient amenities. While the cost of entry and dining can be a drawback for some, the overall experience is highly praised for its natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere.

"Beautiful, Relaxed, and Worth Every Euro – Vouliagmeni Beach

Vouliagmeni Beach is a stunning and well-organized tourist beach that truly has it all. For just €10 per person, you get full access including a comfortable sunbed – and there are plenty.

The beach is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the water is absolutely perfect – crystal-clear, calm, and refreshing. Whether you're looking to swim, sunbathe, or just unwind by the sea, this is the ideal spot.

It’s a wonderful place to spend the day and well worth the entrance fee. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Athens Riviera!"

Yafit Koren

"It’s the nicer beach in Athens. €15/person during peak season. It’s well-maintained and it has nice cafes, umbrellas and chairs.
They also have areas for various kinds of sports.
Advice: Get there early as it quickly fills up and gets very busy. Especially during the weekends."

Anders Jensen

"Beautiful crystal clear water, nice beds, great prices at the nearby cafe. We came on a Tuesday at 9am and could still choose from a lot of beds with umbrellas (the entrance fee is 10Eu for adults on weekdays and the beds are first come first serve basis) - at around 11am everything was pretty much taken. Bathrooms were not the best condition but there are people cleaning the premises very frequently.

Unfortunately, there were a few trash pieces in the sea. But when coming back to shore I always made sure to pick up the trash which was in reach to throw it out in the bins, I encourage everyone else visiting this lovely beach to do the same :)"
