"What a great place this is, full of history, beautiful scenery and wine tasting; what more could you want. We started with the wine tasting which was great and helped by very knowledgable and friendly staff and a lovely setting (we ended up buying two cases of wine). We then toured the monastery which is beautiful, with a sometimes tragic history; the museum attached to the monastery is small but very interesting. I can’t recommend Toplou Monastry enough; we will most certainly be back."
