"After visiting the hill 107 overlooking the Maleme airport and where is the WW2 German cemetery you must visit that bridge. There german parachuters tried to take the advantage but they met the strong resistance from the Kiwis of the 21st and 22nd battalions during the battle of Crete! You can see the holes from the bullets of the machine guns."
