""Proti Island" is a paradise on earth. Its name coming from the Prometheus (Greek god), where the mythology states that when he's was angry he used to metamorphose in whatever he wants. This myth ends up to be an angry moment of Prometheus that led him to be an island. This island has a very known World War II shipwreck, which is 50meters from its coast. Visitors can make either snorkelling or scuba diving and explore it thoroughly! You can visit it via the "Proti Cruises" with an excellent narrator of the areas history, called Mr. Giannis, who leaves you to enjoy your stay there for 4 hours and then makes you a tour to the next coast of the island where there are caves with curved letters on their surfaces. Those letterers were coming from Greek sailors during the Peloponnese war (BC) and they are writing in the walls for good luck! This trip will cost you 10€ and 5 hours in an eternal paradise!"

"You need a boat to get there, or reserve a seat on the wooden boat during the summer months. One Beach for swimming but worth a visit to the rocky western side."
