What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Corfu Aquarium for its knowledgeable and passionate guides who make the experience highly engaging and educational. The focus on local marine life and the opportunity to interact with reptiles are frequently highlighted as memorable aspects. While it's a smaller aquarium, the value for money and the evident care for the animals make it a highly recommended stop in Paleokastritsa.
"A very professional aquarium in Corfu. We took the boat tour and the aquarium tour back-to-back. I'm currently reviewing the aquarium. It's crucial to tour with a guide. First, they explain the creatures that live in Corfu and provide valuable information. Then, they move on to examples from around the world. The guide said that animals in poor health come here for treatment and then spend their lives here. For example, the crocodile can't even feed itself; they feed it directly, but it's recovered well now. It's a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it. Don't worry about parking; there's a paid parking lot right in front."

"Amazing place to visit. For the size of the building and the price you pay, it's definitely worth it. The staff are very knowledgeable and were very happy to have a chat and discuss different things about the facilities.
Beyond what you can view it is also obvious the animals are well cared for with everything being clean and tidy. Being a reptile and aquarium owner myself I could tell a lot of work had gone into the facilities here."

"It’s small but packed with interesting sea creatures, reptiles, and even some tropical fish. The staff are super friendly and give fun, informative tours — great with kids too. You can even hold some of the reptiles, which was a cool surprise. It doesn’t take long to go through (maybe 45 minutes), but it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Paleokastritsa. A fun break from the beach and great for all ages."
