"Love the walk along the Harbour, you can see the castle and pass by the Hippocrates tree. Additionally, there are blue and red miniature trains boarding at the Harbour; it takes half an hour. We loved it. Restaurants alongside have rich menu; serves fresh fish. Affordable. Last but not the least, Greek people are friendly and trustworthy."

"Nice harbour with lots of tourist boats vying for your business, we chose against any such trips due to the high winds during our stay on Kos. Plenty of cafés and restaurants across the street with good harbour views, once the tourist boats have departed. It's also quite pleasant to walk around the harbour, but be aware of the cyclists using the cycle lanes. We saw so many people step back into the path of cyclists, fortunately nothing happened and no one got hurt."
