Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Archangelos for its authentic Greek charm and the beauty of its nearby beaches, particularly Stegna and Tsabika. The relaxed atmosphere, friendly locals, and delicious traditional food are frequently highlighted as major draws. Some find the village itself a bit quiet outside of beach excursions, and a car is often deemed essential for full exploration.
"This is a quiet and a very nice hotel. It has nice rooms with great beds and a lovely balcony. Around the hotel you will find lots of greenery and cats walking politely around you. You can also make a reservation to the lovely roof garden with jacuzzi. The hotel is at a great spot near the center but not too close so it is peaceful. They have a fitness room which is outdated but does the job!
If you want or need anything just ask Anna at the reception the staff here loves to help you out. And there is a bakery that the hotel is connected to so you will get fresh bread rolls each morning hanging by your door. All in all a wonderful experience that should be enjoyed by everyone passing through Samos!"

"A lovely place to stay. Friendly staff and very close to the beach and many good restaurants.
Edit: here for the second time and it's as good as we remembered it. Cozy and well equipped mini apartments and the staff is genuinely nice. We arrived at the same time as some people who visited for the, um, something like the twentieth time and they were welcomed like family."

"Nicely located, very welcoming staff, very clean rooms decorated pretty, nice working AC, each room had balconies and terrace, what else can you ask for :)"

Another gem is Tsabika Beach, known for its golden sands and the iconic Monastery of Tsabika perched on a hill above. Getting between the village and these beaches is easiest with a rental car, though some adventurous travelers have documented hitchhiking their way to the coast.

Visiting local craft shops can provide unique souvenirs and a chance to appreciate the local artistry. The community spirit is palpable, with friendly locals often happy to share a smile or a brief chat, making for a truly memorable and immersive visit.
Beach Bliss: Stegna and Tsabika
Just a short drive south of Archangelos lies Tsabika Beach, arguably one of Rhodes' most beautiful.
