What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Dassia Beach is praised for its calm, warm, and shallow waters, making it ideal for families. Visitors appreciate the numerous waterfront bars and restaurants offering convenient dining with sea views. However, the beach is predominantly pebbly, can be narrow, and often crowded with rented sunbeds, with the best sandy areas being privately owned.
"Gorgeous pebble beach. Just a short walk into the water till you reach the smooth sandy bottom. Calm and protected bay, great for little people. Plenty of options for refreshing beverages right on the water. Our favourite beach so far."
Jess
"“The beach is narrow and does not offer much space, with fine pebbles covering most of the area. Near the Ikos hotel, the beach becomes wider with sandy stretches and some natural shade. The sea is calm, warm, and mostly shallow, making it suitable for swimming. There are also many restaurants located right on the waterfront."
Jelena Sterijev
"I wouldn't call this a beach. It is a thin strip of pebbles between a concrete path and the sea. The only decent areas of beach are privately owned by the two Ikos hotels. They are beautiful but you cannot use these area unless you are a guest of the hotel"
