One negative experience was in the SeRaVe section. A senior consultant was very rude when I didn’t know I had to take a ticket and collect the product at the cashier. It was my first visit, and this system is not used in my country. Instead of explaining, she was rude, which made me uncomfortable.
However, the rest of the staff were helpful and polite. A consultant in the hair dye section was especially kind and ready to assist. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would gladly come back again."
